25 years ago this weekend Princess Diana died tragically, spinning the world into grief over a princess who rewrote the playbook of fairy tales and modern myth. I had just arrived in NYC and that became a major moment in my understanding of how public/private stories and symbol impact our lives. 25 years later I mark that moment as one of the 42 stops on my roadmap of personal growth. 42 is the key number in this week’s Torah journey, leading us along with NASA, this wkd, back to the moon.. Diana/Artemis’ namesake. What is she trying to tell us?
